By accessing our website or engaging PURPUL ("we," "our," or "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. We reserve the right to pause work on outstanding invoices past 30 days. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom work product delivered under the engagement. This includes designs, code, content, and other deliverables created specifically for the client.
We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and general knowledge used in the delivery of services. We may use generic, non-confidential elements of our work for portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Projects may incorporate open-source software or third-party tools. These remain subject to their respective licenses. We will inform clients of any significant third-party dependencies.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, financial information, and any information marked as confidential.
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services for a period of 2 years unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PURPUL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, rankings, conversions) unless explicitly stated in a performance-based agreement. Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis with industry-standard expertise.

Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. All delivered work product (paid in full) remains the client's property. Work in progress will be delivered in its current state.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.
For international clients, we are open to discussing alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (arbitration, mediation) as part of the service agreement.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 15 days before taking effect.
